
Beth is a Corporate and Real Estate attorney specializing in public and private securities offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and real estate transactions. Beth has worked extensively with REITs and other real estate related companies as both company counsel and underwriter’s counsel. In addition, Beth has significant experience in representing start-up companies in several industries, including alternative energy, technology, fashion and media, domestic and offshore fund formation and private equity.
