Christian is a transactional attorney practicing in the areas of real estate, finance and business law. Christian has represented large financial institutions, REITs, local banks, private equity funds, developers, local entrepreneurs, landlords, tenants and privately-held entities in a broad spectrum of real estate, lending and leasing matters involving office buildings, shopping centers, retail businesses, multi-family apartments, condominiums, industrial properties, charter schools and hotels. Christian has specialized experience in representing financial institutions in mortgage, mezzanine, and construction financings, note sales and purchases, workouts and preferred equity investments. In addition, Christian has represented small and medium-sized businesses in acquisitions, sales, financing and general corporate matters. Christian is fluent in Spanish.

  • Represent multi-national manufacturing tenant in office lease with built-out for NYC headquarters.
  • Represented world-renowned auction house in purchase of Manhattan headquarters and assumption of $265MM securitized mortgage loan
  • Represented joint venture in $60MM mortgage refinance of 30-acre commercial/residential park in Orlando, FL
  • Represented lender in $110MM bankruptcy financing to publicly-held communications company secured by mortgages in 12 U.S. states
  • Represented institutional joint-venture partner in purchase of $200MM newly constructed mixed-use office, retail and hospital facility
  • Represented publicly-held financial institution in sale of B-Note portfolio secured by Florida multi-family apartment complexes
  • Represented lender in $41MM mortgage purchase loan for Miami Gardens multi-family complex
  • Represented seller in sale of $16MM office building leased to U.S. government and loan defeasance
  • Advise borrower REIT-subsidiary in $355MM unsecured line of credit facility
