Ignatius Grande, Esq. Partner
Ignatius is a litigation attorney and concentrates his practice in securities and complex civil litigation. His experience includes representing clients in commercial disputes, including breach of contract matters, securities fraud, arbitration of claims against broker-dealers, insurance disputes, employment matters, disputes regarding non-competition clauses, and internal and regulatory investigations. Ignatius has represented a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, broker-dealers, companies in the technology and real estate industries, and individuals in federal and state courts, as well as in various arbitration venues.
Prior to joining Di Santo LLP, Ignatius was Senior Counsel to a large commodities trading and merchandising company where he provided advice to commodities traders and management on legal, regulatory and compliance issues. Previously, Ignatius worked for six years as a litigator at Clifford Chance. His experience serving as an in-house attorney allows Ignatius to view all of his matters from a client’s perspective. For each client, Ignatius provides top quality representation at a reasonable cost and always works to devise litigation strategies that are consistent with his clients’ business goals. Ignatius is fluent in Italian.
