
Zara is a multi-service practitioner with broad experience on both the transactional and litigation sides of the bar. Although Zara has worked on myriad matters ranging from commercial litigation to assisting clients with their corporate formation, most of Zara’s practice has focused on bankruptcy. Zara has had experience working with debtors and creditors, businesses and individuals and New York, Florida and international clients, in addition to having dealt with nearly all aspects of the Bankruptcy Code. In addition to her work in the courtroom and at the negotiating table, Zara has worked as a research consultant writing reviews of recent bankruptcy case law.
